Users are prohibited from republishing content without authorization, selling website materials, or attempting unauthorized access to servers. Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
CodedClouds provides professional technology services including Web/App Development, CRM Solutions, Digital Marketing, and System Architecture. Specific service terms are defined through separate service agreements.
Subsidized Development Model: CodedClouds may offer development at significantly reduced upfront costs. Under this model, operational and infrastructure expenses are partially supported through platform-based monetization systems.
Revenue Participation: Clients may be eligible to receive five percent (5%) of verified net monetization revenue. The remaining revenue is retained by CodedClouds to support infrastructure, maintenance, and development recovery.
Revenue distributions to clients may be issued for a maximum of two (2) operational quarters within an annual cycle. One additional quarterly period is allocated toward covering hosting, system maintenance, and platform optimization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodedClouds shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party platform disruptions.
Services are strictly limited to the agreed scope. The client is solely responsible for all content (text, images, media) provided for development and warrants that materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
CodedClouds shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or cyber attacks.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts within Pakistan.
