This Hosting and Platform Migration Policy outlines the conditions governing the hosting environment and migration of websites or digital platforms developed by CodedClouds.
Websites or digital platforms developed by CodedClouds may be hosted within infrastructure environments managed by the Company or its authorized hosting partners. These environments include:
CodedClouds may retain administrative and technical control over these infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and operational efficiency.
Where websites are delivered under a subsidized development model, the platform may remain hosted within the CodedClouds infrastructure environment as part of the service structure. This hosting structure enables the Company to maintain platform performance, security, and operational sustainability.
Clients may request migration or transfer of their platform to an external hosting provider. Such requests may require settlement of outstanding fees, payment of migration charges, and technical review by the Company.
Where a platform was delivered under a significantly reduced development fee, CodedClouds may require compensation for the difference between the subsidized development cost and the standard commercial development cost prior to approving platform migration.
In certain circumstances, platform migration may be restricted where system architecture relies on proprietary infrastructure, or where migration may compromise platform security or operational stability. In such cases, CodedClouds will work with the client to identify alternative solutions.
