Monetization & Platform Control Policy

Terms governing digital platforms, subsidized development, and monetization infrastructure.

This Monetization and Platform Control Policy outlines the terms under which digital platforms developed or hosted by CodedClouds may operate using monetization systems and infrastructure maintained by the Company. By purchasing or using services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

1. Subsidized Development Model

CodedClouds may offer website or digital platform development services at subsidized or reduced pricing. These models are designed to allow businesses to access professional digital solutions while certain operational costs are supported through platform infrastructure and monetization systems maintained by CodedClouds.

2. Platform Monetization

Websites or digital platforms developed or hosted by CodedClouds may include monetization systems such as:

  • advertising network integrations
  • affiliate marketing systems
  • traffic monetization platforms
  • sponsored placements or advertising frameworks
  • analytics-based advertising optimization systems

These systems are implemented to support hosting infrastructure, technical maintenance, security, development cost recovery, and ongoing operational support.

3. Revenue Participation

Where monetization systems generate revenue, the client may be eligible to receive a limited revenue participation share. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client may receive five percent (5%) of verified net monetization revenue.
  • The remaining revenue will be retained by CodedClouds to support operational costs, infrastructure, and platform optimization.

*Revenue calculations are based on verified data from authorized third-party monetization providers.

4. Revenue Distribution Schedule

Monetization revenue is evaluated over an annual operational cycle. Revenue distributions to the client may be issued for a maximum of two (2) operational quarters within the cycle.

One additional quarterly period may be allocated toward operational expenses including hosting infrastructure, server resources, platform maintenance, security, and development cost recovery.

5. Platform Control

For the purpose of maintaining stability, security, and performance, CodedClouds may retain administrative control over certain platform components including:

  • hosting infrastructure
  • advertising integrations
  • analytics systems
  • system performance tools
  • technical configurations
