Refund Policy

Transparency, fairness, and operational clarity regarding our services.

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be requested or issued for services purchased from CodedClouds (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Nature of Digital Services

CodedClouds provides professional digital services including but not limited to:

  • website development
  • custom software development
  • mobile application development
  • digital marketing and advertising services
  • hosting and infrastructure services
  • consulting, automation, and technical solutions

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions described below.

2. General Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • the services delivered materially deviate from the agreed scope of work
  • the project cannot be completed due to a technical limitation caused solely by CodedClouds
  • the service has not yet been initiated or any work commenced

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by CodedClouds. The Company reserves the right to determine whether the refund conditions have been met.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, the following payments are non-refundable:

  • payments for services where work has already commenced
  • custom development or design services
  • completed digital marketing campaigns
  • consulting sessions or technical advisory services
  • software architecture, planning, or system design work
  • domain registration, hosting purchases, or third-party services
  • platform setup, integrations, or configuration services

4. Partial Refunds

In limited circumstances, a partial refund may be issued where a project has begun but cannot be completed. Any partial refund shall be determined based on the percentage of work already completed, technical resources already allocated, development hours already utilized, and third-party expenses already incurred.

5. Project Cancellation

Before Project Initiation: If a cancellation request is submitted before any work has started, the client may be eligible for a refund minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.

After Project Commencement: If a project has already begun, refunds may not be guaranteed and any refund issued will be determined based on the completed portion of the work.

6. Subsidized or Discounted Development Services

Where services are provided under a subsidized, discounted, or promotional pricing model, refunds may not be available once development work has started. Such pricing models reflect reduced upfront fees due to infrastructure support, hosting, and monetization systems.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request to hashim@codedclouds.org including order reference number, description of the issue, and supporting documentation. Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of service delivery or payment.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will typically be issued through the original payment method unless an alternative method is mutually agreed.

9. Third-Party Costs

CodedClouds is not responsible for refunding any fees associated with third-party services including domain registrations, hosting, advertising platforms, software licenses, API subscriptions, or payment processing charges.

10. Abuse of Refund Policy

CodedClouds reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse of services, repeated requests, fraudulent activity, or violation of company policies.

11. Policy Modifications

CodedClouds reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and will become effective upon publication.
